KIDS MOVIE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request parents and children
to leave the Whitlam Theatre where the following conditions of entry may have not been met:

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years at all times.

• The accompanying adult is responsible for the supervision and safety of their child/ren.

• Adults are to ensure that the child/ren know the Conditions of Entry and Rules of Play.
• No climbing / standing on furniture.
• No throwing of food or drinks, pillows, toys or any other objects.
• No running, abusive or rough plays.
• Resources within the Whitlam Room are to remain inside the area and
used for the manner in which they are intended.

• Adults should ensure child/ren play in a manner that is both safe and shows consideration to other children.

• Children who are unwell or injured should not attend a free movie screening.

• Strictly no outside food and drinks allowed; including snacks, fruit and nuts.

• Baby food, baby bottles and unbranded water bottles accepted.

• It is not permitted to change nappies in the Whitlam Room or public areas. Please use the baby change room provided. Adults must report any accidents to staff

• Adult / Parent / Carer entering The Whitlam Room acknowledge and agree upon entry that the Club (Revesby Workers’ Club) shall not be liable for any injury to persons and property and forgo any legal rights whatsoever and howsoever incurred, including but not limiting to omission act of negligence, default, breach of contract, or torturous act of any kind. These premises are
monitored 24 hours a day by video monitoring surveillance equipment
for the purpose of security.
