AUNTIES’ KITCHEN

A new flavour journey has arrived. Aunties’ Kitchen brings together the warmth, colour and generosity of shared dining with an expanded menu of Asian-inspired favourites, bold flavours and dishes made for sharing.

The refreshed dining concept brings together a sense of theatre, family-style warmth and open-view kitchen energy, while introducing a more expansive menu designed for discovery, sharing and everyday enjoyment.

From fragrant stir-fries and bold curries to fresh herbs, aromatic spices, comforting rice and noodle dishes, Aunties’ Kitchen celebrates the kind of food that brings people together — generous, vibrant and full of flavour.

The space has also been reimagined with communal-style seating, views into the busy open kitchen, bright pops of red and teal, and a striking central lighting feature enhanced with layered Asian-inspired parasols. The result is a colourful, welcoming dining space that feels lively, relaxed and made for sharing.

FIRESTONE KITCHEN AND BAR

Firestone Kitchen and Bar is a popular and stylish eatery with comfort for the whole family. The relaxed, family friendly atmosphere of Firestone Kitchen and Bar offers flavoursome food from an extensive menu offering traditional classics with a modern twist including salads to die for, big juicy burgers, steaks cooked to your liking, and shared plates.

The new Trailblazers Zone features a play centre, arcade games and a glass viewing window so parents can enjoy their meal while the kids have fun.

CAFÉ 240

Named in recognition of the 240 members, known as the ‘Foundation Members’, of which fourteen were women, all with equal rights. These members were named in an affidavit submission, dated 1 May 1962 made by the original secretary, Brien Higgs, to the Metropolitan Licensing Court. This was in support of a conditional application for a certificate of registration for the club.

All areas have been designed with fine detail and structure boasting an industrial elegant finish that compliments the other eateries that the Club offers. Each section effortlessly connects with each other with lightness and simplicity. Cafe 240 creates a sense of comfort with warm earth tones, cool marine green and metallic accents.

Cafe 240 is a new style café and bar experience and is the perfect place for a casual brunch with friends or a light dinner with the family. The café style setting offers a different dining experience with a more relaxed feel.

Cafe 240 offers a menu with a variety of options from Grab and Go gourmet meals to fresh daily baked pastries to light salads and sides. The kitchen features a traditional wood-fire oven perfect for serving woodfired pizza and sweet and savoury calzones.

A stylish destination to enjoy some of the best live music Sydney has to offer… and all for free.

Beautifully appointed with high backed chairs, an open fire place and private booths for group celebrations, the President’s Lounge is a sophisticated destination where you can enjoy a drink; specialising in champagnes, exotic cocktails and boutique beers, and experience some of the best live music Sydney has to offer every Saturday night.

ROGUES SPORTS BAR

The entry to Rogues Sports Bar is directly off Brett Street Foyer, as its always been, but gone are the heavy framed glass doors. The entrance is spacious with uninterrupted access to a large central bar.

Featuring two LED 158-inch wall screens on either side of the entrance and over twenty-five 55-inch screens throughout, there isn’t a second of live action to be missed.

Behind the bar is a dedicated space for the snooker and dart enthusiast. Featuring six snooker tables and 12 dart boards, all retained from the original Sports Bar. Including a 1912 Grand Duke that was once owned by professional billiards player, Walter Lindrum and played on during the 1961 and 1969 Australian Open Billiards Championships, until it was purchased and restored by the Club.

The menu, loaded with flavour, has an American flair. The drink selection is a showcase of local and International beers, including two wine varieties, across the bars 16 taps. There is also be a cocktail or two for those wanting something different.

BAR 240

Think plush carpets, glowing marble, soft leather and spectacular chandeliers dripping from the ceiling. The new Bar 240 is the perfect place to escape the rush and indulge in a little luxury.

Bar 240 has a great range of drinks for all occasions, including a substantial cocktail list to satisfy all tastes.

The Lounge

The Lounge is an open spaced lounge area with free-flowing access to both the  Bar 240 and Dining Precinct. Enjoy a glass of wine before dinner or drinks with friends on footy night.

The lounge has been dubbed the “new hub for sport viewing” with a huge 197 inch high impact screen, weighing a big 448kg with a screen display area of 11.34m2.

The  Lounge is the place to be for all the footy finals, pay per view fights and all other live sporting entertainment.
