Sussex Inlet Holiday Centre

For the more adventurous holiday seeker Urunga is approximately 8 hours north of Sydney between Nambucca Heads and Coffs Harbour. Built around the Urunga Golf Course, where the Bellingen and Klang rivers meet, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy a round of golf or play a game of tennis without even leaving the complex. Spend lazy afternoons on your patio with views that extend to the ocean. You can walk along the boardwalk, drive 10 minutes to a beautiful patrolled surf beach or launch your boat at the nearby boat ramp. A trip to the beautiful Dorrigo Rain Forest to walk above the tree tops, lunch at historic Bellingen then stop off at the infamous Pub with No Beer is a must.

The Urunga Tourist information centre is the ideal place to enquire about a Harley Davidson tour along the coast and through the mountains, white water rafting on the Namoi River, or a 4 Wheel Drive tour through one of the many rainforests in the area. You will want to return again and again.

Take a comfortable 3 hour drive north of Sydney to the picturesque village of Fingal Bay surrounded by the Tomaree National Park.

The beautiful patrolled beach is the perfect place to relax, then take a walk across “the spit” to view the burnt out ruins of the outer lighthouse residence and explore Fingal Head to enjoy the views.

Nelson Bay is just a short 10 minute drive where you can see a movie, book a whale watching cruise or visit one of the many fabulous restaurants. A day in the Hunter Valley visiting the local wineries is a must.This Centre offers something for the entire family.

Sussex Inlet is a sleepy little fishing village approximately 3 hours drive south of Sydney, part of the St Georges basin the Holiday Centre is situated on the edge of the Conjola National Park and is the perfect place to unwind.

Native birds can be seen through out the Centre grounds as you wander down the pathway to a private little beach where you can either swim or fish or, alternatively you can take a walk along the rocks or drive the short distance to the surf beach.

Two licensed clubs and a cinema ensure that there is always something to do. Whether you are a fisherman, drive a power boat or simply enjoy paddling a kayak the Inlet is the ideal holiday destination.
