International Women’s Day #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction #MarchForward
International Women’s Day aims to collectively forge a more inclusive world, to invest and accelerate progress for women. To openly embrace their diversity of race, age, ability, faith, body image, and how they identify.
Thirty years ago, the world committed to a bold vision for gender equality, the United Nations’ Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.
Since then, we’ve seen women break barriers, reshape policies, and ignite global movements. Yet, despite these strides, the promises made remain largely unfulfilled for millions of women worldwide. We are simply not where we should be.
It’s time to turn promises into progress.
Join us for International Women’s Day 2025 to commemorate Beijing+30 and #MarchForward #AccelerateAction for a gender equal future.
When: Friday 7 March 2025
Time: 11.00am to 3.30pm

Last year she had an accident in training which resulted in a broken pelvis in 6 places. She was airlifted to hospital where she spent a total of 45 nights including 3 surgeries. Over 15 months of rehabilitation, Grace learnt to walk again and undertook trauma therapy.
She is now learning to reconcile an experience that brought unprecedented fear and pain, as well as strength and resilience. Grace looks forward to sharing her remarkable story of overcoming adversity.
Frida Deguise l L.A Donuts Owner, Professional Chef, Stand-Up Comedian
Donut mogul, chef, and comedian, Frida DeGuise is a self-proclaimed ‘Wogan’ (part ‘wog’ – part bogan). This 5ft something Australian-born, Lebanese Muslim makes up in heart what she lacks in height.
